Refund Policy
Effective date: 18 September 2026
This page says when Atlas Texturing ("Atlas", "we") gives money back. Payments are processed by Polar, our reseller and merchant of record, and a refund returns to the payment method you used. To ask for one, write to hello@atlastexturing.com from your account email.
1. The trial
The 14-day trial is free. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged.
2. The subscription
A subscription payment is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of being charged and you have not used more than that month's included balance. We refund a subscription payment once per customer; it is meant for the person who subscribed and found Atlas was not for them, not as a way to use Atlas for free. After a refund the plan ends at once.
Otherwise subscription payments are not refunded. You can cancel at any time on the account page; the plan runs to the end of the month already paid and does not renew.
3. Top-ups
A top-up is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of buying it and none of it has been spent. Once any of it has been spent it is not refunded, in whole or in part. Your balance is spent oldest first, so an earlier top-up is used before a later one. If a bonus came with the top-up, the bonus is removed with the refund.
Top-ups never expire, so the money is never lost: there is no need to ask for a refund to keep its value.
4. Generations
A generation that fails for a technical reason is not charged: the price returns to your balance by itself, and the account page lists the refund beside the charge. A result you receive is a result, whether or not you like it; it is not refunded.
5. Balance we gave you
Balance we grant free of charge — the trial's balance, a bonus, a credit — is never refundable and may end on a date we set.
6. If we end your account
If we end your account for a reason other than you breaking the Terms of Use, we refund your unused purchased balance.
7. Your rights under the law
Nothing here takes away a right to a refund that the law where you live gives you.
