Privacy Policy

Effective date: 18 September 2026

This policy explains what Atlas Texturing ("Atlas", "we") collects when you use the Atlas plugin, the Atlas service and the account page at atlastexturing.com, why, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do. We are based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and are responsible for this data. Contact: hello@atlastexturing.com.

1. What we collect

We use no advertising trackers and no analytics on the account page. Signing in stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in. Our payment processor's checkout uses its own cookies under its own policy.

2. Why we use it

To run Atlas: sign you in, quote and run generations, deliver results and keep your balances right. To bill you and keep the accounting records the law requires. To keep the service safe and within the providers' content rules. To fix problems and improve Atlas. To build a training dataset, only from artists who opted in. To answer you.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who else sees it

Atlas runs on other companies' services. Each sees only what its role needs:

Your data therefore leaves Canada and, if you are in Europe, the European Economic Area, and is protected there by our contracts with these providers. No one else receives it unless the law obliges us, in which case we tell you when we are allowed to. The current list of providers is available on request.

5. What you can ask

Write to hello@atlastexturing.com from your account email and, within 30 days, we will show you what we hold about you and give you a copy; correct anything wrong; delete your account and its data, except the billing records we must keep and except contributions already used to train a model, which cannot be extracted from it; delete your contributions; or sign you out everywhere. Contributions can also be deleted, and the switch turned off, on the account page.

If you believe we have handled your data badly, tell us first. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the Information and Privacy Commissioner of British Columbia or, in Europe, your local data protection authority.

6. How we protect it

All data travels encrypted. Access to accounts and to our own systems is protected by more than a password. Request files are private and deleted on a schedule. We keep the number of people and systems that can see your data as small as running the service allows.

7. Children

Atlas is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete the account.

8. Changes

We post new versions of this policy with their date at atlastexturing.com/privacy. For changes that affect you materially, we give notice on the account page or by email.
